Ms. Serin Ko graduated from The University of Hong Kong. She is professional at formulating marketing strategies and facilitating cooperations between government and business organizations. She held marketing and government relations positions at several organizations, including Tencent Group, Hong Kong Trade Development Council and Cartier (Asia Pacific Headquarters). She is currently the General Manager of Well Source International (Hong Kong) Limited, which mainly provides marketing strategy services.​
