Ms. Serin Ko graduated from The University of Hong Kong. She is professional at formulating marketing strategies and facilitating cooperations between government and business organizations. She held important positions in well-known organizations, including marketing and government relations positions at Tencent Group, Hong Kong Trade Development Council and Cartier (Asia Pacific Headquarters).

Ms. Serin Ko not only has excellent results in the professional field, but also actively participates in social affairs and industry associations. Currently, she serves as The Deputy Secretary-General of The United Youth Association of Hong Kong, The Executive Director of the Internet Professional Association, The Deputy Director of General Affairs of the Hong Kong Fujian Chamber of Commerce, and a Member of The Tianjin Youth Federation.
